I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. I received my training at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. I have a degree in Kinesiology, the study of the movement of the body, with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy.

I strive to provide the greatest treatment I can for people's specific needs. I didn’t used to prioritize caring for myself well, but I am choosing that now. Many of us spend a lot of time taking care of other people. When you come in for a massage it is just for you. I love seeing people choose to care for themselves well and I am grateful to be a part of it.
